How do I get an Appointment with Heart of Australia?
Appointments with Heart of Australia can be made with a valid referral from a GP. If you think a visit to one of our mobile clinics is right for you, have a chat with your doctor first about your health concerns. They’ll organise a referral to send to Heart of Australia and a member of our Medical Administration team will contact you once we receive it.

Heart of Australia currently operates on a regular basis in over 30 rural and remote Queensland communities. By 2026, we will have expanded our operations nationally to every state and the Northern Terrirory.
